Exercise Dance Class with optional weights

Join the Fabulous Coach Chris Kempton for a NEW Dance Class at the Magalia Community Park. Latin inspired dance themed with optional light weights choreographed to more current music for total fitness fun. Energy, passion, and enthusiasm are the hallmarks of the dance routines, each participant is always given the opportunity to enjoy the level of engagement correct for them. When: Tuesday/Thursday What Time: 8:30 AM -9:30 AM Where: Magalia Community Park Cost: $20 per month or $3 drop in fee *payments will be made to Paradise Stronger to pay for instructors time Level: All Fitness Levels
