An estimated 43% of Butte County adults are living with pre-diabetes. Are you? This free class is designed for all adults, whether you’ve been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, Type 2 diabetes or just want to live a healthier lifestyle. Learn how to take charge of your health with exercise and healthy eating. We’ll also discuss goal setting, available resources and more. The class will take place from 6-7:30 p.m. on Zoom.
