CARD's Healthy Aging Senior Expo

Age gracefully! Learn about the importance of prevention and maintaining good health to stay independent during the later years of life. Drop by the Healthy Aging Senior Expo. Presented by the Chico Area Recreation and Park District, this annual event offers resources and health screenings to encourage older adults to live active, healthy lifestyles.
